Unable to delete or move users

Hi every one

All of sudden, we are unable to move of delete files from nextcloud, following error occurs

I have tried this command also in mysql
FROM oc_file_locks WHERE 1;

Also tried in config.php: ā€˜fileslocking.enabledā€™ => false,

Please advice
