Hello.
I’ve created a fresh installation of nextcloud in a server, and I wanted to connect IBM Object Storage as an external storage mount. I’ve installed the app extension to support it and created a bucket on the IBM’s web interface, including HMAC keys to connect to the bucket. I can upload correctly files to the bucket, without any problem.
The issue comes when I want to delete files. I am not able to delete them from the Nextcloud application, and I only receive a error message like “Unable to delete file.png”.
I’d like to provide more info or feedback, but I am unable to find any logs.
Can you help me to, at least, figure out how to configure Nextcloud to be more verbose and identify the source of the error?
Does anybody found a similar error with a S3 storage provider? Is IBM reliable?
