Unable to add my Gmail Account to my Email Server (Windows)

Description

When I want to add my email for password resets, it will always display.

A problem occurred while sending the email. Please revise your settings. (Error: Connection could not be established with host smtp.gmail.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465 (Connection timed out))

Why it’s meant to be manually, it’s annoying to set up for me as I’m not experienced with the software.

Not sure what I can add up

Did you permit using 3rd party mail-clients to access to you Google mail account in the Google account-settings?
Did you install OAUTH-app in Nextcloud?

Both no.
As I’m not aware of Google Admin (3rd party permition) and not knowing about OAUTH-APP in Nextcloud.
But can you provide me with context of it?
