feel free to check out [Nextcloud snap wiki and support](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-snap-wiki-and-support/197783) most of your question should be answered there

well that won’t give you much information, see [Managing logs](https://github.com/nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap/wiki/Managing-logs)

check out [How to install Nextcloud snap](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/how-to-install-nextcloud-snap/216058/) especially [first start](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/how-to-install-nextcloud-snap/216058#p-649475-first-start-6)

if you’ve moved you data to another partition or directory check out [change data directory](https://github.com/nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap/wiki/Wiki-Change-data-directory) especially [managing external media and storage](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/how-to-manage-external-media-and-storage-for-nextcloud-snap/216039/)

it looks like you’ve changed the snaps ports? did you follow the directions [HTTP/HTTPS port configuration](https://github.com/nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap/wiki/Port-configuration) see also [Reverse proxy configuration](https://github.com/nextcloud-snap/nextcloud-snap/wiki/Putting-the-snap-behind-a-reverse-proxy)
