Two factor auth (totp) after restore

Hi,

after I restored only data and db on a new server with the same NC version (new install) but different configuration (new php, added redis, fresh app install, etc.) there is no totp login possible with the old user and codes.

Backup codes will work and if I disable two factor login I could login. But how do I get my old two factor codes running? I would like to not configure all totp codes for all users again.

Well, this is not supported

The TOTP secrets are encrypted/decrypted with the Nextcloud secret from config/config.php, hence this obviously fails if you use a restored db with a different config.
