Turnserver configuration

hello, im facing a problem with configure the turn server
i installed the COTURN in the same server that im using nextcloud
im using HestiaCP
i opened the 3478 port in the hestia firewall
i did every thing possible, but still no connection when

any suggestions ?

A good start would be to fill out the support template with the neccessary information :slight_smile:
Also the coturn config would be helpful, how turn is configured in Nextcloud, etc.

The talk template looks like the following. Please add config regarding turn and how turn is configured in nextcloud. Also you can check Overview - Nextcloud Talk API documentation for how turn can be tested.

Custom Signaling server configured: `yes/no and version`
Custom TURN server configured: `yes/no`
Custom STUN server configured: `yes/no`

In case the web version of Nextcloud Talk is involved:
Operating system _(eg, Windows/Ubuntu/...)_: `replace me`
Browser name and version _(eg, Chrome v101)_: `replace me`

In case mobile Nextcloud Talk apps are involved:
Talk iOS version _(eg, 14.0.2)_: `replace me`
