Found out what was causing the error

Issue : CloudFlare

I use cloudflare to host my websites. Cloudflare doesn’t support port 3478, for which was causing the turnserver test to fail.

You mean you were using the reverse proxy feature of Cloudflare, right?

I’m using Cloudflare too and i have disabled it long time ago because with that feature enabled syncing does not work properly. Or better i could not find out on how to setup it for Nextcloud.

These are the ports when the proxy’s on
HTTP ports supported by Cloudflare:

80
8080
8880
2052
2082

2095

HTTPS ports supported by Cloudflare:

443
2053
2083
2087
2096
8443

Let me check without them.

Problem is, when I turn off the proxy, the website doesn’t even show up. It just says the site couldn’t be reached
