TURN server on same VPS as Nextcloud

I’m trying to follow:
https://nextcloud-talk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/TURN/

To setup TURN server for Talk, however the way I understand this: I need to run TURN server on separate static IP.
Is there a way to run it on same VPS as nextcloud and how?

[EDIT]: If it’s helpful / more secure to use different VPS for TURN server, I don’t mind running one. In that case are there minimum requirements on CPU/RAM for TURN to work properly? (I’m expecting max 20 people on call at once, generally 4)
