To often poll mail server

Hello there,

I manage my own mail server and install for some users nextcloud mail app.

My problem is the mail app poll too often my mail server and full my log. The other problem is the load of the server (which small) with 10 users polling every minutes the server…

I did not find a way to tell mail app to wait a certain amount of time before polling the imap server.

How can I do that?
