Hello,
I migrated from Owncloud 9 to Nextcloud 11 and I faced a problem with the timestamp of the uploaded files.
In Owncloud the timestamp of a files is equal of the time the file was uploded. After migration to Nextcloud 11 the timestamp is the original timestamp of the last modification (somewhere in the past).
I have a script to delete all files older than 30 days after upload. Now most the newly uploaded files are gone, because of the new timestamp.
I reproduced the Problem by instaling Nextcloud 10 and there are everythiong fine with the timestamps. After the upgrade to Nextcloud 11 the timestamp method changed.
Is it a bug, or can I find something about the timestamp in the changelog of Nextcloud 11?
Is there a way to change the behavior of the timestamps?

I faced the problem because customer complained about lost files.
Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps):

Thank you for your help.
