I installed NC23 and run the latest version 23.0.2 and I have a time issue.
My Nextcloud is running in German language, but I live in Japan. When I open Nextcloud, the Dashboard will show “Good morning”, the weather update is from 15:00 hour, but my real time 19:00 hour.
How can I setup the right time?

but I’m not sure if this is solved in 23.0.2 because it’s not only a weather widget issue.
