There is no config.php

Hello everybody,
I reinstalled nextcloud becouse I’d like to use an external disk…
After I build a folder on that external disk, I installed nextcloud as follows:
curl https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-15.0.5.tar.bz2 | sudo tar -jxv
The installation worked well but in one point: There is no config.php in the config folder. Some ideas how to do that?

I’m pretty new to Nextcloud, but I think you need to complete the web-based wizard (or occ equivalent) to generate a config.php file which you can then edit or swap out as needed.

Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
