# There is a new update (30.0.3) but it's not shown in admin overview

## The Basics

- Nextcloud Server version _(e.g., 29.x.x)_:  
30.0.2

- Operating system and version _(e.g., Ubuntu 24.04)_:  
LM 21.3

- Web server and version _(e.g, Apache 2.4.25)_:  
8.0.40

- Reverse proxy and version \_(e.g. nginx 1.27.2)

- PHP version _(e.g, 8.3)_:  
8.2

- Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes / No):  
Yes

- When did this problem seem to first start?  
noticed it when I was getting notification on Android and in browsers (states there is a new version available)

- Installation method _(e.g. AIO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.)_

- Are you using Cloudflare, mod\_security, or similar? _(Yes / No)_  
no

### Summary of the issue you are facing:

1. open admin settings → overview \> version shows 30.0.2 with no indication of a new version available

### Log entries

#### Nextcloud

Please provide the log entries from your Nextcloud log that are generated during the time of problem (via the _Copy raw_ option from _Administration settings-\>Logging_ screen or from your `nextcloud.log` located in your data directory). Feel free to use a pastebin/gist service if necessary.

30.0.3 has been withdrawn because of problems…

30.0.4 was installed without problems.
