Theming: Icon for ODT files and the FAVICON (... and more) don't change their colors

I’m using nextcloud 12 and tried to change the color using the theming menu.

The new color isn’t used for the icon of a ODT file, see this screenshot:

It isn’t used for the icon of the website as well, but that’s not bothering me for now.

Shall I create a github issue for this?

The LDAP app has some issues with the theming as well:
