I recently updated Nextcloud to 29.0.5, but after the update, there is a problem in displaying the photos in the file section and it does not display properly, the photo must be downloaded to be viewed, has anyone had this problem? And has there been a solution?

Yes, same problem at my instance of Nextcloud (ver 29.0.5, also apache 2.4, PHP 8.3 server Ubuntu 22.04) Photos app. Photos are all mixed up, click on a photo opens two photos mixed together… Upgraded today to Nextcloud ver. 29.0.6 but the problem is the same
Same issue here, same setup apart from PHP8.2
clicking on a picture in a talk chat show 1 or 2 others (Above and/or under). Looks really not good.
