Hello,

The nextcloud user is taking emails for every change that it is done on the folders that are shared with him, how to deactivate that option. For other users is not happening this issue.

Hi!

The user proberbly enabled the option “Notify about own actions by email” under the Activity tab.
You can check that by doing the following:

The user needs to login to the web console and klik on the avater in the right corner and followed by the settings menu.

Search for the “Activity” option, and disable “Notify about own actions via email”.
That should fix the issue :slight_smile:
