I’m trying to use Teams to make things a bit easier to manage than setting up the same permissions multiple places across NextCloud. It looks like if I add a Team to a Talk channel however, then I can no longer @mention a specific team member, I can only @mention the entire team.
To be specific:
In a talk channel, I can mention @dan and he’ll be notified of the message. But if I add Team Awesome (of which Dan is a member) and remove Dan from the channel, then I can no longer mention @dan in the channel, I can only mention @Team Awesome, at which point everyone will get notified of the message, which makes it basically the same as @all.
Am I missing something here?
Nextcloud version (eg, 24.0.1): 31.0.10
Talk Server version (eg, 14.0.2): 21.1.8
I have tried this from the web interface, the desktop (Ubuntu 24.04), and the Android client, and they all produce the same results.
