I’m experiencing an issue with team management in the Collectives app.
Problem: Team management works fine when using the Contacts menu. However, when I try to manage the team directly within a Collective, it doesn’t work.
Workaround: If I create a Collective without members first, and then add members to the team via the Contacts tab, it works.

Try to manage team members from within the Collective
Expected behavior: Team management should work within the Collective.
Actual behavior: Team management only works via the Contacts menu, not within the Collective itself.
I’ve already updated to the latest Collectives version, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a workaround?
