I am working to set up a task schedule for the team and would like to see if anyone has suggestions on what works best with this app.
I have a project team of 6-10 people who are working virtually.
Also as I structure the tasks, I have had to move some of them around which I was able to do, but it looks like the only way to delete a task is to mark it complete.
Also is there a way to capture budgeted hours and hours spent to date?
