In a larger group of people there are from time to time tasks to be done. In such case the task shall being hang on a virtual pinboard. One other can agree to take over the task. However, a task should be allowed to be taken over only by one person; but one person can take over several tasks at the same time. Figuratively speaking, the person grabs the task off the pinboard. The task should then no longer be visible to others. However, the one who has given the task should know who has taken over the task. And ideally, each task should also have a deadline, so that both the creator of the task and the person having taken over the task have corresponding reminders in their task management.
