Task app - not appearing on my laptop, but yes on my desktop

I am usig NC 22.03.
90% of the time, I access it from my desk top computer. But, on a small number of occasion, I use my laptop.

I can not recall if it has always been like this, but while all other apps seem to be visible, the Task app is missing when logging in from my laptop.

What might cause my app to be visible and usable on one computer, but not on another?
