# Talk / Turnserver self test

I set up coturn as described [here](https://nextcloud-talk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/TURN/)  
When I click the “Test this server” button it says “Error: No working ICE candidates returned by the TURN server”.

The coturn log shows the following lines:

May 23 19:07:55 HOSTNAME turnserver: 519: check\_stun\_auth: Cannot find credentials of user \<1590253976:turn-test-user\>  
May 23 19:07:55 HOSTNAME turnserver: 519: check\_stun\_auth: Cannot find credentials of user \<1590253976:turn-test-user\>  
May 23 19:07:55 HOSTNAME turnserver: 519: check\_stun\_auth: Cannot find credentials of user \<1590253976:turn-test-user\>  
May 23 19:07:55 HOSTNAME turnserver: 519: check\_stun\_auth: Cannot find credentials of user \<1590253976:turn-test-user\>

Is that normal behaviour?

I think not, might be a problem with the static-auth-secret=

You were right. I was sure I double checked it. But setting/copying the auth secret again, solved the problem.

same error but don’t know howto fix
