Tags to multiple files

Hi, i’m new to NextCloud, but i need help for two things i didn’t found :

1- How to deals with tags for tagging multiple files at one time (I won’t tag 237 files one by one)
2- I didn’t find a way to move multiple files from one directory to another. I had to use a WebDav software to do that.
