Tags are lost for copies of files

Hello everybody!
I just saw that when I make a copy of a file, that all tags are lost (on the new file).
Is this expected beheaviour?

Nextcloud version: 15.07
Operating system and version: Debian 9.8
Apache or nginx version: Nginx 1.10.3
PHP version: 7.2

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Add Tags to an existing file
  2. Copy the file somewhere (copy it, don’t just move it)
  3. Check Tags of the new file (seems to have no tags)

I’m seeing the same … I’d consider this a bug!?
