You can create custom-tags to every file manually. Open Nextcloud in your browser, check into the files(app). There you choose your a file, click on the three dots in the same line. That gives you a context-menu. There you go to “details”. In the opened details-overview click on the three-dotted-menu (next to the close-x-button). There you go with Tags. It’s hidden, when no tags are active, but it’s showing up, when the file has at least one tag.
