Tagging files with the command line

I was wondering if it is possible to use the command line OCC tool to tag files?
I had a quick look and couldn’t see any way but thought I would check here first.

Also if I do raise this as a feature request/issue, should it go against core or another app (the only app that I could see that this might be applicable to is the automated tagging even though this would be a manual/external task).

Same request here.
14.04 Webui broke tagging. Doing it by command would have saved my life.

Also would be nice to implement an exclusive tag filter, to make using tags more useful.
