I experience exctly the same!

Since one week for no particular reason some of my files just don’t synchronize.
Those files aren’t that big (not more than 20mo).
And this error does not occur for all the files that i try to synchronize.
When i try to upload them by the online client it work but it still doesn’t synchronize with my local client with the same error.

I already tried an occ:maintenance repair and also to add the “MaxChunckSize” parameter in my local config.

Thank you !

Update: Since the last client update (3.14.1) it seems to work again !

If it was just this Desktop version, it was probably a bug. You can also double check by using directly webdav (e.g. winSCP) and the mobile clients, if you see the same issue.
