Hey, I have been thinking about a way to automagically sync the latest pictures from my phone to my laptop. I have been giving it quite a bit of thought… maybe using symlinks in the server, for example the “latest” folder pointing to the “october” folder (I have subfolders for each month in the auto upload) and have a cron script that changes the symlink to a new folder the very first day of the month and have the “latest” folder synced to my computer.
What do you guys think? is it worth the time or I am the only person in the world thinking about this.
Maybe you have other ideas on how to achieve this so im open to suggestions.
