Hi,
is it possible / supported switch from Apache to nginx?

Nextcloud version : 12
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 16.04
Apache or nginx version : Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
PHP version : PHP 7.0.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.4

nginx isn’t officially supported, but yes you can and many people in the community have done so.

Hi, you can switch your webservers nearly on the fly. I have done this for testing proposes. A working sample configuration for nginx in the official doc: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/11/admin_manual/installation/nginx_nextcloud_9x.html

Just today a post from a large setup of TU Berlin, they also switched to nginx:

With such large customers, it’s like official support.
