im just wondering does nextcloud support UDP connections for fast transfer speed

UDP wouldn’t be wise for file integrity in transit, as UDP doesn’t offer anything for checking and correcting for unsent or bad packets

Transfers are done using HTTP and HTTPS, so no.

so all transfers are done over TCP 80 and 443 only ie http and https, you cant change it to UDP?

i know UDP doesnt check for errors hence its quicker but not more reliable than TCP
