Suggestions for improving Nextcloudpi-documentation on backup & recovery

To begin with, I am very grateful for the documentation of NCP (in general, but also) on backup and recovery. Great work from all the contributors!
Nonetheless, I have some suggestions for the page How to backup and restore a NextCloudPi instance using ncp config | NextCloudPi Documentation

First of all, it would be nice to have examples of the web interface of NCP. The current examples are from the Graphical Interface in the terminal, stemming from 2018.

In addition, I think it would be nice to have a clear document structure, including a table of contents at the beginning of the page. This could for example layout the possible backup-options and possible recovery-solutions. Moreover, clear examples of specific use-cases could greatly improve usability. For example, by adding a scenario in which one of the HDD’s gets corrupt, and a scenario in which the Nextcloudpi-installation (SD/eMMC) breaks (database corrupt / corrupt filesystem / …) (which happened to me not long ago).

Lastly, some of the information seems outdated / incomplete. When reading the script https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloudpi/blob/master/bin/ncp/BACKUPS/nc-restore.sh, I noticed on line 98 that it is possible to restore your nextcloud instance, even with data-less backups! This wasn’t mentioned in the documentation.

I’d love to give this page a makeover (in coordination with the NC community of course). What would be the best way to do this?
