Stumbling at final steps of VM creation [SOLVED]

Nextcloud version: 21.0.2
Operating system and version: POP OS 20.04
Apache or nginx version: Apache 2.4
PHP version: 7.4.3

The issue you are facing:

I have migrated a physical machine to a VM running on ProxMox. I have been successful in logging into the Nextcloud server as various users. File have been populated correctly. All seems right.

However, I cannot seem to bring up and view PDF files. All other file formats (so far seem okay) but when I click on PDF file from within Nextcloud I get the following (example):

PDF.js v2.5.207 (build: 0974d6052)
Message: Missing PDF “https:///nextcloud/remote.php/dav/files//Personal/Documents/test.pdf”.

I have verified that the file exists from a terminal. The file permissions are as follows:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 www-data www-data 1154040 Jun 21 09:44 ‘/var/www/nextcloud-data//files/Personal/Documents/test.pdf’

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? :Yes

Thanks for any tips!

pdf viewer had an issue with special characters (and whitespace) in filename. The issue is closed already but maybe you are running the version which didn’t receive the patch now:

This was the fix that I needed. I added the patch and all is well. Thanks, @wwe! I appreciate your insight.
