Strange Calendar Problem

We host NC20 on a Virtual Hosting Service. With a fresh install using NC20 we have a strange calendar issue. From the web interface itself, a calendar event can be added as long as it does not including anything in the Location field. If there is anything entered in Location then the event is never added and we just see a spinning wheel indefinitely until the page is refreshed. We’re having a hard time debugging as there isn’t anything in the logs. We have access to a second hosting account on the same hosting provider (totally separate virtual machine) where we tried another virgin install of NC20 and everything worked fine without this issue. We cleaned out the first NC20 installation and tried again with the same exact result with event location not allowing events to be added.

We are really stuck here and could use any hints on where to look.

We worked with the hosting provider and everything lines up between both accounts and we cannot find any difference in PHP versions, modules, DB versions, etc. Here are the details from NC which match on both virtual hosting accounts:
