Nextcloud version: 19.0.4
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04
Apache or nginx version: 1.14.0
PHP version: 7.4.11
The issue you are facing:
I auto-upload my camera pictures using the “Auto upload” feature of the Android app. Then once in a while, I like to organize these pictures by moving them into separate folders. For example “Weekend on the beach” and “Holiday in Berlin”. However, then my Android app seems to think it needs to re-upload these files again, because they have been moved out of that folder by me.
It would be nice if the Android app would remember which files it has already uploaded before, so that it won’t upload them again. Even if they don’t exist on the Nextcloud server.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?
Steps to replicate it:
- Configure an Auto upload folder in the Android app
- Remove some files on the Nextcloud server from the folder
- Wait a while, the Android app will at some point re-upload the removed files
I think the admin/nginx log and config file are not relevant here. But I’d be happy to provide it if necessary.
