SSO Admin Account

The documentation for SSO & SAML says, “Make sure to configure an administrative user that can access the instance via SSO.” I’m not sure exactly how to do that. I set up an Admin account using my AD Username and another using my email address but, when I activate SSO with OneLogin and log in to my NextCloud install using either the Desktop Client or the Android Mobile App I am unable to see any of the Admin functions - I’m just a regular user. At that point I have to remove the installation and start over. Obviously I’m doing something wrong. Any idea what it might be? Thanks.
