I am trying to log on to my nextcloud appliance on ubuntu desktop and it keeps asking for the password, which is correct and logs me on in the raspberry pi but elsewhere i get access denied

Steps to replicate it:
- Put in the server details on a terminal outside of the device
- Put in password
- saids accessed denied
