We are using AWS nextcloud image for one of my system as a linux server. I am facing error while I am trying to connect on xshell or putty via port 22 with EC-2 using .pem file or .ppk file. I am getting ths error “The selected user key is not registered in the remote host. Try again”.
What image are you using exactley?
When I search the AWS marketplace for “Nextcloud”, tons of Nextcloud images pop up and btw none of them are built by the Nextcloud GmbH or the wider Nextcloud community. So i’m not sure if someone here will be able to help you with this. Probably you’re better off by contacting the vendor of the image or AWS support…
