Looks like the spammers have found this forum - I always wonder why they bother.
Anyway there is no way to flag messages as inappropriate to the help site admin, perhaps this would be a wise addition?
I see the ability to flag behind the 3 dots (…) under your message.

Well so it does, thanks Jason. Ah, this only appears when you gain the “Basic User” badge, until replying to your post I did not have that, hence no … for me, that is until now!
