This has recently happened in two Talk meetings. There is one participants who, when they speak, can be heard but some people but not others. Other participants can speak and be heard by all other participants. The user logs out and in again and everyone can hear them. These are all users, not guests.

Summary of the issue you are facing:
- Call with 11 people on Talk. One participant can only be heard by 1 other participant, but not the others.
- Seems random. Not on all calls. All users are nextcloud users, not guests.
