### Summary of the issue you are facing:

[I have 2 errors filling up the logger.

1. **RuntimeException** The loading of lazy AppConfig values have been triggered by app “circles”, but I don’t have app circles installed. Wait, I do see circles app in the app list below but I did not see it in my app.
2. Failed to create DateTimeZone “America/Los\_Angeles”. The timezone in Personal page always shows America/Los Angeles. It seems I could not change, e.g. if I change timezone to New York and then come back to the Personal page again, it becomes “Los Angles” again.

### Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

- Use the `preformatted text` formatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output.
- If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
  - If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.

- Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.

The log you posted are debug logs. You’re seeing them because your `loglevel` is set to `0`:

> [@thinker](#):
>
> `"loglevel": 0,`

From [documentation](https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/34/admin_manual/configuration_server/config_sample_php_parameters.html#loglevel):

> Loglevel to start logging at. Valid values are:
>
> - `0` = Debug
> - `1` = Info
> - `2` = Warning
> - `3` = Error
> - `4` = Fatal.
>
> Defaults to `2` (Warning)

As soon as you set the log level back to the default, your log will likely stop being flooded.

The first one is more a deprecation/tech debt matter; it’s not an error per se. The message is for devs.

For the second one you’d have to provide the full raw stack trace as noted in the [support template](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/support-template-please-use-this-when-you-request-support/137402) rather than just the short entry you posted.

You’re using an operating system that’s designed for embedded devices and is therefore lightweight. I would imagine that OpenWrt doesn’t include all time zone data. But that’s just speculation, because I’m not familiar with OpenWrt 🙂

Did you install PHP directly (as distribution packet), or are you using Docker?

In PHP, you can check which time zones are available as follows:

```auto
php -r 'foreach (DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers() as $tz) echo $tz . PHP_EOL;'
```

Is `America/Los_Angeles` available in your case? If not, you’ll need to configure a different time zone in Nextcloud, or check how to install the correct time zone on OpenWrt.

According to my research (Google skills 🥳), there is a package for OpenWrt called [`zoneinfo-america`](https://openwrt.org/packages/pkgdata/zoneinfo-america), which [should](https://github.com/openwrt/packages/blob/openwrt-22.03/utils/zoneinfo/Makefile) contain `America/Los_Angeles`.

If it isn’t already installed, you can install it as follows:

```auto
opkg update
opkg install zoneinfo-core zoneinfo-america
```

Thank you for suggestion. I installed packages for all zones, the error message disappeared. However, I still cannot change the time zone in Nextcloud, it always goes back to Los\_Angles after I refresh the Personal Info page. In Openwrt, I can set different timezone freely. Not sure why nextcloud is locked to Los\_Angeles.

After installing the zone packages, no more messages for timezone although I still cannot change the timezone. As now there is no error message, could not get the full raw stack trace any more.

As soon as you change the time zone: Do you see an error in the browser’s DevTools console (usually accessible by pressing F12) or in `nextcloud.log`?

sorry for late reply, was out of country for a while. After enabling development tools, I do see an error on TimeZone(see screenshot):

 ![Screenshot 2026-11-04 224951](https://help.nextcloud.com/uploads/default/original/3X/d/e/de1efbaf9272a425e8de32b2bcad9b1599592c3a.png)

To be surprised, now if I change the timezone, it will accept and won’t stick on Los Angeles. Changing timezone also works after development tool closed. Very strange!
