Some company named Hetzner is trying to get the path "/ocs/v2.php/identityproof/key/<myuser>", who is this and should I unblock this?

I have installed Nextcloud via the snap package and using Cloudflare Tunnels as a reverse proxy. I have added some Web Application Firewall rules so that nobody except me can access my Nextcloud instance.

But I see this in my Nextcloud:

Any idea who is this and does this affect any of my Nextcloud perfomance/security?
