Solving the problem of integrating onlyoffice after non-docker local installation of nextcloud

Mainly I encountered a problem. After integrating onlyoffice in nextcloud, open the document (doc, xls, ppt…) on the nextcloud webpage, and prompt an error (you need to click to return to the previous page), prompt to download an Editor.bin file, and the nextcloud system log has no errors.
Open the document with web onlyoffice alone, you can edit it normally.
After connecting to nextcloud using onlyoffice client, you can open, edit, and share documents normally.
How can I solve this problem?
