The issue you are facing:
I noticed that I was on a no longer maintained version and chose to upgrade. When upgrading from version 19.0.13 to 20.0.14 the “verifying integrity” failed. From what I understand this is because php was not allocated enough memory.
I have in the php-settings synology web-station allowed 512MB of memory.
However the updater seem to be stuck on. When I try to update again i get a screen saying “Step 5 is currently in process. Please reload this page later.”. In another forum i found suggestions deleting a file labeled for this update instance in data/updater/ but I could not find such a file.
Any suggestions on how to get out of the updater?
