(SOLVED) Updating NC12: update theming app fails

I did the upgrade NC12 via web installer. Everything but theming app was upgraded successfully.
Each time I access my NC installation the updater starts again and tries to update theming app.
But if fails with this message:

InvalidArgumentException: $absolutePath must be relative to “files”

I installed NC in a new folder and moved config + data into it. It is now working again. No idea what was wrong with my old installation…

The ticket is flaged as “SOLVED”. Can you please tell me how you have solved it?

I guess that this is a permission issue. I will try a chown -R on the NC folder.

I will report afterwards.

unfortunately this isn´t changing the situation.

no impact by doing that.
