[SOLVED] Unable to login after changing device

Hello all,

I hope this finds you well.

I’m having the following issue: I changed phones and when trying to access the account, I started getting un authorized access even after resetting the password for the user using the admin account.

Also, the user is not able to access using the web portal.

Can you please help me on getting this sorted out?

it was a typo in the password.
