[Solved] Nextcloud Pi - backup to USB drive failing

Hello!

My Problem:
I have daily backups to a USB drive enabled, but now I noticed, that my last backup is from the beginning of May (when I updated Nextcloud from I think 15.0.5 to 15.0.7).

All backups, automatic and manual, fail. Output from the web interface attached at the end.

I do not know, what the “Zend OPcache” refers to. I think I’ve read it before, but it was not in the log yesterday.

What I have tried:
I have attempted backups with and without data and/or compression, no difference.
Changing the USB drive did not change anything, but for the first backup run I forgot to change the path and the backup was written to the SD card. Copying this to the USB drive was not a problem, meaning that I have a current backup.

I am using NextcloudPi v1.12.7 with berryboot, Nextcloud version is 16.0.1.1.

Question:
How do I fix it? Can I manually fix the permissions/groups?
If so, which user and groups are involved?

Thank you for your time and help, R.

Output:

[ nc-backup ]

Hi,

what is the output of ls -l /media/NCPI_BU/ncp-backups/ ?

and sudo ncp-report?

That would be:

ls -l /media/NCPI_BU/ncp-backups/

insgesamt 0 (total 0)

The folder exists, but it is empty.

sudo ncp-report (removed public domains)

ls -ld /media/NCPI_BU/ncp-backups/

lsblk -f (Are there formatting options for tables?)

vfat is unsupported. Only Linux filesystems understand Linux permissions.
