SOLVED: MySQL server has gone away during update from 22.2.0.2 to 22.2.3

Hi all,

first, I am using a shared webspace.
While updating nextcloud and after updating a lot of apps there is always this error

Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\ConnectionLost: An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

First a had a problem with the download of the zip-file and so I have done it manually and pushed it via ftp in the updater folder. Then I have changed the file .step with the content “{“state”:“end”,“step”:4}”.
And the updater process was starting until that error message.

Operating system and version: Linux dd50414 5.4.0-89-generic #100-Ubuntu
Apache version: I don’t know
Database: 10.5.11-MariaDB-1:10.5.11+maria~focal-log - mariadb.org binary distribution
PHP version: 7.4.26

One note:
I have updated another nextcloud website with nearly the same base at the same provider without any problem.

Have someone a hint or any help?
Thanks a lot
Bruno

SOLVED:
I updated via PutTTY / SSH with
./occ upgrade
and it worked.
