Hi there, I have installed nextcloud 11.0.1 on a VM with Ubuntu 16.04, 4GB RAM, and 30GB of storage.
I have attached a read only SMB storage because I only want to share some folders in it. I have tried to download from a PC that is on the same gigabit network and the speed fluctuates from 80 to 160 Mb/s, tried different browser and PC, same speed.
To bypass external storage app, in Ubuntu, I have connected to the same smb folder and when I download a file the speed is ~900Mb/s so I guess is something about the external storage app.
