[Solved] Error: ImagickException: not authorized

Since installing Nextcloud 14 I’ve been getting many errors like

ImagickException: not authorized `/upload_tmp/oc_tmp_EiELpS-.pdf’ @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/412

I can’t explain what caused the errors but I found a solution here:

Indeed the solution provided by gas85 worked for me :

My problem was to change rights=“none” to rights=“read|write” in /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml

What is weird is the old config was working for NC18 and failed when we upgraded to NC19.
