Just upgraded to 1.4.1 and found my former problem solved, thanks!
While playing in album mode, there is a small version of the actual album cover like this:
If in album mode, it changes to the correct new one when selecting a song from another album with a different cover.
However, in all other modes selected at the left (artists, genres etc.) the cover doesn’t show up at all or stays the last one when played in album mode before and doesn’ change.
So it could happen that the wrong cover is shown when playing first in album mode, then switching to artist mode.
